Project Manager-Small Cell Turn Key & OSP Projects

11/2015 – Present

Project Management- Currently managing several Small Cell turn-key projects for Verizon Wireless.

Verizon Wireless Turn Key Projects- These projects include over 302 sites across 2 markets with a timeline constraint.

When I was hired on the initiating process had already begun. A helped to streamline the WBS that was previously put in place. I fast

tracked the regulatory and RF design documentation and upload processes to get customer approvals quicker. I currently report to

the customer and key stakeholders on a weekly basis and meet with my internal team bi-weekly to discuss risk, status and change

requests. I am constantly monitoring for any risks and establish alternate solutions immediately. I have been able to close out each

phase with accepted deliverables and high customer satisfaction. Verizon Wireless is extremely happy that I was brought onto this

team. They are very pleased with the level of accuracy, flexibility and communication they are now receiving during this project.

Verizon Wireless OSP projects- This project includes 182 sites with a budget constraint. I established the scope of work

and created a project team using multiple outside vendors. I created a tracking system and implemented a new program using a piece

of software called Site Traker. I meet with the project team weekly to get status updates. I upload all milestone dates and create

multiple reports for internal key stakeholders and the customer.

Software Implementation & Data Analysis- Worked with a software development team to create work flows and auto forecasting

tools to manage all OSP projects. I am now in the process of building the database of all permits, transport segments and sites and

creating relationships between these pieces. Currently work to track and analyze the status of all permits, construction, install intervals

and customer due dates. This analysis results in a monthly forecast of deliverables that is used by our finance and operations teams

to create schedules and budgets. In addition I create reports to present at monthly board meetings.

Telecom Transport Management

Telecom Transport Management offers wireless carriers a comprehensive, best in class solutions. The company builds, owns and

operates protected, fully managed state of the art backhaul networks for its carrier customers. These are end-to-end, high speed, high

capacity hybrid microwave and fiber networks, connecting hundreds of cell sites in each market to the wireless carriers’ switching

centers.

Project Manager-Network Implementation and Upgrades

12/2010 – 10/2015

Senior project manager responsible for implementation of technical projects in all life cycle environments including requirements

collection and analysis, team collaboration, change control, planning, reporting, vendor and risk management.

Project Management- As lead project manager, I apply the PMBOK processes and progressively elaborate simultaneous network

and site upgrade projects. Develop project charters and identify stakeholders. Acquire project teams. Create and revise project plans.

Implement and execute those plans all while managing risks, controlling scope and fostering a unified positive team. Close out

projects on time and on budget with accepted deliverables. Over the course of my PM career at TTM, I have managed the build out of

over 100 new sites and 6 major network fiber overlays. Successfully upgraded over 500 sites and corresponding networks through

numerous projects.

T-Mobile All Market Network Upgrade- This project entailed over 350 sites across 3 markets with a budget constraint. I

was able to deconstruct the charter into phases by completing a high level risk analysis during the initiating process. A WBS was

created and a budget and schedule were developed. I reported to the customer and key stakeholders on a weekly basis and met with

my internal team bi-weekly to discuss risk, status and change requests. I continually monitored progress and was able to close out

each phase with accepted deliverables and high customer satisfaction. T-Mobile was very pleased with the level of professionalism,

responsiveness and communication they received during the project and has continued to increase their bandwidth annually.

Team Integration- By effectively leading and coordinating project teams and by focusing on time and resource allocation, I am able

to obtain acceptable deliverables while maintaining the scope of the project.

South New Jersey Network Ring Overlay Project-This project was to overlay fiber onto 6 of our network rings in the

South New Jersey market. This project had a very aggressive time line. After creating a project plan and WBS, I assigned the tasks

to the team members, tracked team member performance, provided feedback and resolved issues. I balanced priorities to meet the

established deadlines. I was able to persuade underutilized resources in other markets to come assist with this project. This was the

largest undertaking of combined resources and team interdependencies in the company’s history.

Process Integration- Through cross-functional project management concepts, methods and practices I implemented a single

integrated process in order to facilitate support of both Field and Engineering units by one tool.

Work Authorization and Tracking Application Project- To assist with staff task assignments of multiple projects

nationwide, I was able have a sponsor assist in creating a charter for a ticketing system. This system allows me to schedule resources

to different departments all while having an overview of the status of each work package. I documented new policies and procedures

to apply with this new tool. Using my interpersonal skills I was able to train the team and start using the application within 1 week of

implementation which in turn reduced the amount of time allocated on each work package by 15%.

Risk Mitigation- Developed risk mitigation and standard exception processes that resulted in savings of over $100k by reducing

penalties resulting from missed service level agreements.

Sprint New Build Site Project- In this project Sprint contracted with TTM to build over 100 sites across two markets.

During the initiating phase I was able to implement an auto-accept policy with the customer on phase deliverables. This controlled the

amount of time the customer had to test and accept which in turn closed out phase’s quicker and increased revenue. Requirements

gathering, identifying key stakeholders and project planning was completed. I was able to identify a risk early in the execution process

and mitigate that risk by working with our equipment vendor to have the software version updated before shipping. I was able to use

my good rapport with the customer to extend the project a few weeks. With strong attention to detail and continuous improvement

during execution this project was completed with accepted deliverables and a very happy customer.

Functional Manager- Manage Engineers. Help staff develop their career path within the company. Acquire additional training for

staff from internal and external subject matter experts. Complete annual reviews and raise approvals. Supervise staffs time

management and accuracy of work.

Lead Circuit Designer/ Project Coordinator

12/2007 – 12/2010

Lead circuit designer responsible for creating design layout records for new DS1 and DS3 services. Provisioned all network routing for

DS1 and DS3 services. Tasked with supporting the Service Delivery process to the client through reporting and communication.

Network Design and Development- Prepared cut sheets for Network Optimization grooms. Designed OC3 and OC48 facilities

over LIT services and fiber rings. Submitted disconnect orders to LEC using Remedy/CSG ticketing system. Updated Parent Path and

Segment in Granite.

Project Coordinator – Prepared and maintained weekly status reports for forecasting and project tracking and distributed to internal

and external audiences.

Executive Assistant- Supported CEO and Executive Team with travel, scheduling, etc. Created monthly expense reports for
